A deep, purple amethyst in a smooth, cabochon-cut, crescent shape is held in a closed-back bezel setting, within the face of this stunning brooch; the amethyst is accompanied by a multitude of flat-cut French jet stones, along with two singular pearls, all in a light relief 12k gold setting, with a fully-closed back for maximum security. A pin at the back allows for easily fastening the brooch to your lapel or bag, and in wonderful condition, this beautiful little piece would make a fine addition to any collection.

Condition: Excellent. The central amethyst has a smooth cabochon-cut surface, with a highly-saturated purple hue, and a bright tone. The French jet has a pleasant, subtle shine, and is set sturdily in the gold. There is some minor wear and surface blemishes to some of the jet stones. The pearls are good, with no issues. The gold is a high-quality 12k gold, with sturdy settings, and a fully enclosed back face. The pin and closure is sturdy, and works well, with no issues.
